October began on the national park island of Suwarrow in the Cook Islands. We had just arrived and were fortunate to be the only boat there for most of our 10 day stay. We explored the reef, swam with Giant Oceanic Mantas and explored Bird Island, a bird nesting sanctuary. We headed south to Niue, an island nation that was an amazing stop. We hiked, snorkeled and explored this truly unique Pacific island. No moss was growing on SV Banyan though as we needed to keep moving south and west toward New Zealand.
I hope you enjoy this peek into our month of October.
What fun to see your fabulous voyage. Love the mix of underwater, underway and on land footage. The music and written narration are a bonus. Thanks for sharing!!
Thanks Julie. It’s fun to get the GoPro out but it’s been a learning process:)
